My "Frill" piece for college. Promoting my version of the game "Spore" but i didn't want to promote a sequel so i had to come up with a new I.P. as they would call it.

The concept art there shown a much more alive, compact side of a world a game especially like Spore could never create, so that is what i tried to do.

Spent a lot of time on the starscape and grass. Had to darken the starscape because it was too overpowering (but very pretty) and i spent a while getting the depth of field on the grass right...if it is i don't know i had to leave it at one point.

My drawing still aint brilliant, i can only really draw shapes, colour and then shade them....will get better though!

Oh yeah and i do know, scientifically this picture is impossible. There's an animal with a ball of water for a head on a planet at night with the sun in the sky...... the planet has no atmosphere.....and everything else you see must be a statue on this planet or something.....coloured statues aswell
